Software License Agreement: Since we believe, above all, in transparency in all our undertakings, we have a standardised Software Licence Agreement, that we apply to all of our software installations.

Support Model: Influential Support is graded according to the level of support our clients require. Of course, we are committed above all to make our products work for our clients, but the range of cover and response time required we have classified our support at three levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each have successively more attributes, but all promote our central ethos of "making IT work for business"

Support Portal: We offer our clients our ISS Support Portal as their primary access to our support services. Minor faults can be logged and dealt with directly via the portal, and the status of all faults logged and change requests can be viewed here; together with the latest news on forthcoming releases and patches.
