Recent Case Studies

1. Q2-Q4 2009 - to undertake a complete review of the core global subscription fulfilment & financial reporting system of a FTSE 250 company, gathering requirements, selecting multiple industry-leading vendors, giving them a detailed brief of the various business and technical requirements of the system, and scoring them accordingly in conjunction with key business stakeholders from multiple functions within the business. Primary contenders were SAP, Publishing Technology (VISTA), Advantage Computer Systems (ACS) and THINK (Digital River).

The result of this six month process was a comprehensive report of the rating of each solution, together with its pros-and-cons and anticipated costs over the next 5 years, presented to the Board for review. The outcome was to enable our client to make an informed decision over the best direction for their system strategy.

2. Q3 2008 - to undertake a review of the global Books Royalties systems in use at a FTSE 250 company, again gathering requirements, analysising existing systems and selecting industry-leading vendors with a view to recommending a suitable replacement.
