We are extremely pleased to have once again attained SAP Partner Centre of Expertise (PCoE) status, after SAP’s audit of our BusinessObjects support helpdesk processes fulfilled the criteria that make the certification the highest of its kind.
The PCoE certification lasts two years and thus represents recognition of the continuation of our high standards since the last time SAP awarded us the status.
SAP’s thorough audit over many months includes assessing our support team’s product knowledge and ability to resolve BusinessObjects problems, support levels, documentation, examination success, customer feedback and our workflows around managing/resolving support tickets, encompassing the end-to-end engagement with SAP as well as clients.
